Continental Stock Transfer & Trust is one of the largest independent stock transfer agents in the United States, providing shareholder recordkeeping, compliance, and communication services for over 1,100 public companies and more than 2.5 million shareholders. The website functions as a central hub for corporate clients, investors, and shareholders, offering service overviews, regulatory updates, and access to shareholder tools.
The Continental Stock Transfer & Trust website was designed by Gill Fishman Design. My role was to enhance and maintain the WordPress implementation, ensuring the site remains secure, flexible, and aligned with CST’s regulatory requirements. A central part of this work has been integrating secure access to proprietary platforms such as ContinentaLink and ControlBook Reporting, giving clients and shareholders a seamless entry point to critical services.
I also streamlined content workflows by expanding Advanced Custom Fields and modular templates, making it easier for CST staff to publish updates quickly and consistently. This structure supports regulatory compliance by enforcing uniform layouts and reducing the risk of errors, while also ensuring that updates to shareholder communications and service information can be delivered in a timely way.
As a result, the site has become a reliable platform that not only reflects CST’s professionalism but also provides secure, efficient, and sustainable digital communication for its extensive shareholder base.
